Our batteries and some specific Chargers are come with a warranty designed to give you peace of mind. We offer warranty coverage to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

We provide Warranty on lithium ion and Life04 Battery Packs of 12 to 72volt Range. We also provide warranty on some specific Chargers. Warranty details mention in the product description box.

Buyer can check the details of warranty on specific product description box. If any warranty period not mention, then product is not in any warranty.

Warranty Claims

- We have mentioned the warranty period details over product description page. Buyer can check the details of warranty on specific product description box. If any warranty period not mention, then product is not in any warranty.

- Invoice copy and warranty card is complusory for warranty claim. Without this warranty claim will not accepted. If customer did not receive any of this two during purchase or delivery then it is customer responsibility to collect it from our store or inform us within 24hrs to us on whatsapp number.

- In case of warranty claim Buyer have to courier us the Item at his own cost. When item is repaired buyer need to pay the courier charge to deliver the item back.

- Warranty void if found in physical damage, tear, water damage, Connector cut alter and misused.

- DOD - Deapth Of Discharge - Battery capacity will degreade according to its Life cycle and usage. In Case of Low Backup or mileage issue warranty claim only be accpted if battery DOD rate is lower then the above chart. For example 30ah battery can degrade to 25.5AH at the end of 1st year.If battery capacity falles below that level it consider to be damage and need to repair.

2nd year - 75%

3rd year - 65%

- Service Warranty - If you battery damage in service warranty you get free servicing. No cost required for service. But if any parts need to replace, that cost need to bear by customer.

- We mention Items serial no above it. That label should not damage anyhow.

- To repair any warranty claim we need specific times. Can be varry from 1 week to 4 weeks depending upon the problem.

Warranty void if

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. So Warranty void if found in physical damage, tear, water damage, fire damage, Connector cut alter and misused.

If Customer use lead acid charger or any wrong specification charger in our lithium battery and for that battery damage or blast, we do not provide any warranty claim or take any responsibility. Buyer need to use proper Lithium battery charger (Purchase from us) or certified lithium charger.

Due to improper connections, open electrical joints, wrong charger , wrong connection if battery blast or battery damage, we do not provide warranty in that case.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should follow the usage instructions and maintain proper care to keep the warranty valid.
